Our non-member visits are designed to address your urgent healthcare needs efficiently and effectively. With a one-time fee of $150, you can receive comprehensive care from our experienced healthcare professionals.

Our urgent care services cover a wide range of acute medical issues, including minor illnesses, injuries, and general health concerns.

Common Reasons for a non-member visit

General Health Concerns:

  • Routine check-ups

Minor Illnesses and Conditions:

  • Cold and flu symptoms

  • Sore throat and strep throat

  • Minor skin conditions and rashes

  • Strains/Sprains

  • Cuts, wound care, stitches

  • Urinary Tract Infections

Preventative Care:​

  • Health counseling and education

In-Office 

 Urgent Care Visit

  1. Initial Evaluation:

    • Patient intake and medical history review

    • Vital signs assessment (e.g., blood pressure, heart rate, temperature)

  2. Examination and Diagnosis:

    • Physical examination by a healthcare provider available

    • Diagnosis based on symptoms and initial assessment

  3. Basic Treatment:

    • Wound care (e.g., cleaning, stitching, bandaging)

    • Basic advice and immediate care recommendations

  4. Medical Advice and Follow-Up Recommendations:

    • Medical advice on managing the condition

    • Instructions for at-home care

    • Recommendations for follow-up with a primary care physician or specialist if needed

Non-Member Visit Policy 

At We The People Health and Wellness Center, our policies for non-member visits ensure that we provide quality care while maintaining the sustainability of our practice.

Our membership-based center offers comprehensive, personalized care tailored to individual health needs with unlimited access to experienced healthcare professionals and a wide range of services under one roof. Members benefit from a long-term health partnership, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and support for their health and well-being. In contrast, urgent/non-member visits provide immediate care for acute issues without the commitment of a membership, focusing on addressing urgent healthcare needs efficiently and effectively. These visits require a one-time fee of $150 per visit, with additional services available at an extra cost.

  1. One-Time Visit Fee:

    • Each one-time visit is priced at $150.

  2. No Follow-Up Visits:

    • Follow-up visits for lab results or further care are not included in the initial visit fee.

    • Any required follow-up will necessitate another one-time visit payment.

  3. Lab Draws and Additional Charges:

    • No prescription refills or long-term management of chronic conditions.

    • Lab draws are done at LabCorp only and require upfront payment for both the visit and the lab services.

    • Any lab draws, in-office testing, splinting, or additional procedures are subject to extra charges.

    • Only members can receive in-house lab draws.

  4. Service Limitations:

    • Prescriptions will be ordered without refills, we will order through your recommended pharmacy, medications are not administered on-site.

    • We do not provide antibiotics, pain relievers, or urine dipstick tests as part of the visit fee. These services will incur additional charges. Please ask us for those costs up front, as a visit that requires these payment will be due immediately.

  5. Medical Advice and Follow-Up Recommendations:

    • Medical advice on managing the condition

    • Instructions for at-home care

    • Recommendations for follow-up with a primary care physician or specialist if needed

  6. Scheduling and Availability:

    • All one-time visits need to be scheduled through our Front Desk by calling (941) 265-1776

    • One-time visits may be canceled or moved at our offices discretion, as we prioritize our current members of the center.

    • Each visit is a maximum of one hour long.

  7. Additional Services

    • Available at the discretion of the center​

      • Example; X-Rays, MRI, CT or other imaging will incur an additional cost and may be charged immediately.​
