Watchmen Action Training is a structured, hands-on advocacy intensive designed to equip leaders with the tools, strategy, and accountability needed to influence real outcomes.
This is not a lecture. It is a working session.
Participants will develop a clear story framework, build a measurable strategy, assign roles, define timelines, and create a focused execution plan. The training includes a full in-person session followed by two structured virtual follow-ups to ensure momentum and accountability.
This experience is designed for committed advocates ready to organize, influence, and execute.
