Membership Cancellation

We are sincerely sorry to see you go, and we genuinely hope that you have enjoyed the exceptional services provided during your membership with us. Your support has been instrumental in advancing our medical freedom initiatives, and for that, we are truly grateful.

 

We understand that circumstances may change, and if you wish to cancel your membership, we respect your decision. Please note that the benefits included in your membership, such as access to labs and discounts on products, are applicable for the duration of your one-year membership. Should you choose to cancel and have utilized any of these services, there may be a balance on your account. Our dedicated accounting team will promptly follow up to process any outstanding payments required to make the membership cancellation whole.

 

Once we receive back the form below, we will begin to process your cancellation. Please note that if you are canceling your membership between monthly billing cycles, the date of cancellation may not be 30 days from today. Our accounting team will follow up with you on that as well. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
