Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your booking of Ozone Insufflation services ("Service") through We The People Health and Wellness Center LLC ("We," "Us," "Our"). By booking the Service online, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. 2. Booking and Appointment Confirmation - Booking: All bookings must be made through our online booking system. By submitting a booking, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. - Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us. Please review your confirmation for accuracy. 3. Payment - Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of the Service. - Full Payment:The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling - Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. - Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in additional fees. 5. No-Show Policy If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be charged the full amount of the Service. **6. Pre-Treatment Requirements** - Preparation:Please ensure that you follow all pre-treatment instructions provided by our clinic. Failure to do so may result in the rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment. - **Health Information:** You must complete a health questionnaire prior to your appointment.
