Struggling with weight loss and want to know your options? Come in for a visit and meet with our Nurse Practitioner who will help to guide you on the options available at our practice. The initial consultation is $95 for non-members, however if you join our Medical Weight Loss program, the $95 will be applied to your Weight Loss package.
