BLS is the foundation for saving lives after cardiac arrest. The AHA’s BLS Course has been updated to reflect new science in the 2020 American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care.

The American Heart Association's Basic Life Support (BLS) Course aims to equip participants with essential life-saving skills.
Participants will start with viewing informative AHA videos, covering critical emergency response methodologies. Following this, there will be practical skills training under the guidance of professional instructors. The course concludes with a short evaluation in the form of a test.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. It is optional, but those who wish to take notes may bring a notebook and pen.
Upon completion of the course, we will fill out a roster. The BLS certification card will then be emailed to the participants within 2-3 business days post-course completion.
The course is priced at $50 for members and $75 for non-members.
This course offers a valuable opportunity to learn and adapt essential emergency response skills, and participants will be awarded BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
